How Many User Licenses Should I Get?
Advanced Time Reports is licensed based on the total number of named users with currently active accounts.
You can return to our store and purchase add-on licenses at any time. Once you’ve done this, you do not need to reinstall ATR Client – just add the new licenses to your current installation and begin using them right away.
Every account you create in ATR counts as one user. Any purchase entitles you to create only one Advanced Time Reports installation. For another installation of Advanced Time Reports, you have to purchase a separate license pack.
To request a transfer of licenses between installations, e-mail us.
Any account can be disabled at any time. Disabled accounts won’t count towards the license count. The account can later be re-enabled. This allows you to recycle licenses that were used by someone who left, etc.
